Lee Ann had a spectacular senior campaign for the bulls in 2016 as she set the USF career home run record with 39 in four years. She was a First Team All-Conference selection and Second team All-Mideast region. Spivey finished with 276 putouts at catcher while leading the team with 15 home runs on the season. Her junior year she saw even more success and earned NFCA Mideast All-Region First Team included being tabbed All-American Athletic Conference First Team and was named the American Athletic Conference Player of the Week (March 16). The catcher posted 52 RBI which ranks third all-time in a single season in program history and led team in eight offensive categories: recorded career highs in batting average (.378), hits (59), runs (33), triples (three), home runs (10), RBI (52), slugging (.679), on-base percentage (.426), total bases (106) and stolen bases (nine).
